Cultural Guides
Greet guests with a brief description of what to expect.
Guide visitors to area of pre-show cultural activities.
Provide on stage cultural presentations featuring specific items and traditions.
Showtime performer demonstrating art of music and dance.
Grounds
Escort guests to reserved seating and acquaint them with Coconut Grove Hana grounds.
Serve traditional meals and non-alcoholic beverages.
Clear dinner tables of dishes and maintain a sanitized environment.
Kitchen
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces.
Menu item and food line prep.
Gourmet plate design layout.
After dinner kitchen and waste cleanup.
General Labor
Collect trash, debris and other waste to keep grounds clear and safe. Properly empty and discard trash and recycle bins.
Disinfect commonly used surfaces in restroom, dining and gallery area.
Sweep and clean restrooms.
Keep high foot traffic areas clear and safe.
